Noi Thai Cuisine continues the tradition of the family’s first restaurant, Bai Tong, in Seattle, which began as a favorite stopover for Thai Airways crews at Sea-Tac airport. From there, word spread around the Pacific Northwest about their delicious Thai food and more restaurants were opened to rave reviews. Another Noi Thai is opening February 1st, in Downtown Seattle, near Pike Place Market, and yet another is planned for San Francisco later this year.

When restaurant owner Chadillada “Noi“ Lapangkura visited Hawaii, she fell in love with the islands and envisioned her family’s authentic Thai cooking here, with a royal elegance and world-class excellence, for kamaaina and malihini to enjoy. Co-owner/Executive Chef Settapong “Pag” Nilket, Head Chef Jutamas Kanjanamai and Sous Chef Jamrus Singduang are Noi Thai’s “dream team” in the kitchen. Kanjanamai and Singduang are both multiple award-winning chefs and considered among the top culinary talent in Thailand, and they and their entire kitchen staff strive every day to create delicious Thai cuisine worthy of the Royal Family of Thailand – whom they have cooked for, by the way!

Noi Thai Cuisine offers lunch, dinner and happy hour daily, with great specials during lunch and happy hour. Two beautifully appointed private rooms are available for 8-10 people each.
